Raspberry Smoothie

Ingredients:

1 cup     raspberry juice                                  250ml

¾ cup    raspberry yogurt (fat free)          175ml

½  cup   frozen raspberries                           125ml

½             mango                                                  ½

½ cup    ice                                                          125ml

Method:

  1. Combine all ingredients into blender and blend until smooth.

(makes 2 servings)
